I do not consider myself a salesperson, but I am someone who enjoys providing quality assistance in all phases of real estate purchase and sales.
When I act as the Buyer's Agent my service is FREE even if we search for a long time or the perfect property is never found. I will act in your best interest and show you properties listed with any real estate company and even FSBOs, if they cooperate. Having your own Agent is part of South Carolina and North Carolina real estate law, so I am here to help you.
I chose to become a Realtor because we had vacationed here for 10 years, bought a second home (condo) here in 1999, and in 2004 we moved permanently from Maryland after purchasing a home. It was a natural transition since during those past years I had taken friends and family all
around the Grand Strand to help them find their own property to purchase. When I became a full-time resident, I became a full-time Realtor®.
My work experience included forming three Maryland corporations where I served as President and CEO. Also during that time I did residential and commercial architectural design and construction material estimating for our family's construction business. Prior work experience was as a Fiscal Operations Specialist for the Federal Government's Labor Department, OSHA, in the financial division.
